Hi Folks,
Starburst is taking around 2 mins to augment the user query with the additional entitlements (entitlements are managed through Apache ranger and oracle DB as backend). When the entitlements db was moved in Hadoop it is performing better.
Could you pls let me know what could be the reason ?

This is potentially very specific to your use case and deployment. I am not even certain I understand the question since I believe Apache Ranger can not be backed by a Hadoop storage but actually requires an RDBMS like Oracle.
I suggest you either provide more details here or work with your account representative for more support. Also … I assume you are using the Apache Ranger integration with Starburst Enterprise.
